Contact
To learn more about the services I offer and determine whether it may be right for you please schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. The best way to request a consultation is by sending me an email but please limit your email communication with me to scheduling/logistical issues only. I value your privacy so scheduling a telephone conversation is a more secure way for us to communicate about personal issues.
If you need help finding more support and resources I recommend the National Alliance for Mental Illness. If you need help urgently, call the National Crisis Line at 1-800-273-8255. In case of emergency call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital.
Billing
I do not accept health insurance plans for payment but I can provide information to help clients submit claims to their insurer for out of network care. I do accept the employer offered mental health benefit, Lyra Health.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and
hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you
choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
